Colan Renovations started in the middle of the Covid pandemic 2020. Initially it was a challenge to grow because of the circumstances, but after a couple of completed projects we have continued to grow. Our team has grown in experience with projects in residential homes that include deck building, roofing, framing, painting and repairs. Our team also has experience in commercial interior remodeling.

Our team is committed to exceed our client’s expectations, that being in any project. Our company motto is: “There is no job too big or too small”, as we have overcome many challenges in our growth and will continue to grow throughout all our projects.

Our founder, Ariam Colan, was inspired to follow in his father’s footsteps after he mentored Ariam for a couple of years. “My mom and dad, Hugo and Isandra Colan, are my biggest inspirations and they are my biggest supporters”, says Ariam Colan when asked why he started Colan Renovations.
